Born and raised in New York City, Leo moved to Tampa, Florida to pursue his undergraduate and graduate studies at the School of Architecture and Design at the University of South Florida. Having worked domestically and internationally, Leo brings extensive value to the full spectrum of project teams he has ever been a part of. With broad expertise concerning all phases of design, Leo has created planning and feasibility studies, developed schematic design concepts, construction documents, and construction administration mechanisms. In working daily with consultant coordination, Leo has established himself as a thought leader and an operational expert for clients developing an array of projects throughout his career.
